AIRCONDITIONER NOT COOLING OR HEATING

Airconditioners that are not cooling could have a gas leak. We will need to inspect the pipework to determine if there is a leak. Once the leak is detected we vacuum the system. We remove all the gas from the system, repair the leak and pump gas back into the system. This procedure could take 2 to 3 hours.

AIRCONDITIONER LEAKING WATER

Generally, airconditioners leak if they have not been serviced for a long period of time, or if the condensate pump has failed. If the condensate pump has failed it is easily repairable.

AIRCONDITIONER IS NOISY

If your airconditioner is suddently making a noise, then your airconditioner probably needs a new fan motor. However, a proper diagnosis is necessary. This should be done immediately to avoid further damage to the airconditioner.
